EnvisionArc

RACE DATA IS NOW ENVISIONARC

Racedata is now EnvisionArc.

Same team. Same standards. A name that finally says what we do.

The story behind the name

For more than twenty years, we worked under the Racedata name, helping organizations govern their data, run marketing that performs, and build the technology that connects the two. The name served us well, but it always described only one part of the work.

Most digital projects fail in the gap between business vision and technical implementation. Organizations implement platform after platform, each solving one problem, and no one designs the architecture that connects them. We built our practice on closing that gap, and the new name states it plainly.

Envision is the clear end state: the outcomes a business defines before any tool is chosen. The Arc is the architecture that connects that vision to implementation, linking every source, transformation, business rule, and metric into a single governed path.

What the name means

Envision

Envision is where every engagement starts. Before a data governance program, a marketing platform, or a piece of software gets built, someone has to see it clearly: what it should do, who it serves, and what “working” actually looks like. That foresight, the strategy before the build, is the half of our work that a name like Racedata never captured.

Arc

Arc is how you get there. An arc is the path that connects two points: where you are and where you intend to be. It’s a deliberate curve, not a straight-line guess, shaped by constraints, engineered to hold, and built to carry weight. In our work, the arc is the roadmap, the pipeline, the compliant architecture, the campaign journey. Vision without a path is a wish. A path without vision is just activity.

Together, EnvisionArc is the promise we make on every engagement: we help you see where you’re going, and we build the arc that gets you there.

What changes, and what doesn’t

What changes

Our name, our look, and eventually our web and email addresses. You’ll see the EnvisionArc name on our proposals, documents, and communications as we roll the brand out through over the coming months.

What doesn't change

Everything that matters. Our legal entity remains Race Data 2013 Inc., so existing contracts, agreements, and obligations continue exactly as written. Your points of contact are the same people. Our commitments to Canadian data residency, privacy compliance under PIPEDA, CASL, and Québec Law 25, and senior practitioners on every engagement are unchanged.

The platform

The EnvisionArc platform will continue to be called EnvisionArc, now sharing its name with the firm that built it. We think that's fitting: the product carried the name first, and it earned it.

Questions

Why change the name at all?

Racedata described one dimension of our work. Over twenty years, the firm grew into strategy, marketing operations, compliance, software development, and AI readiness. We wanted a name that reflects the full arc of what we deliver, not just where the data lives.

None of the above. This is a renaming of the same firm. Race Data 2013 Inc. remains the legal entity behind EnvisionArc, with the same ownership, team, and client relationships.

No. Existing contracts, invoices, and agreements remain valid under the legal entity name. As our email addresses transition from racedata.ca to envisionarc.com, messages to our current addresses will continue to reach us.

It continues without interruption. The platform predates the company name, and nothing about your implementation, data, or support changes.

From our own product. EnvisionArc has been the name of our marketing automation platform, the next generation of our MKH Portal. When we looked for a name that captured the whole firm, the answer was already on our own roadmap.

Start with an assessment

Every engagement begins with a fixed-fee assessment of your
data, your email program, or your marketing performance. You
leave with a scored report and a prioritized plan, whether or not
you continue with us.
